InfoSEC Information Technologies Co.Ltd. We would like to state that we pay utmost attention to the security of your personal data. In this context, personal data belonging to all persons related to our Company, including real and legal persons benefiting from all our products and services, and our employees and business partners, will be processed, stored and destroyed under the following conditions in the capacity of Data Controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).
1. Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data
Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product or commercial activity provided by our Company; It can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, offices, branches, dealers, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. As long as you benefit from our company’s products and services, your personal data can be processed by creating and updating.
In addition, your personal data may be processed when you use our call center or website with the intention of using the Company’s services, when you visit our Company or our website, and when you participate in trainings, seminars or organizations organized by our Company.
Your collected personal data, carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our Company, customizing the products and services offered by our Company according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the persons who have a business relationship with our Company (Administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, to the Company) It will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of ensuring the physical security and control of the locations of the company, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) evaluation processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs, etc.), determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies and ensuring the execution of our company’s human resources policies.
2. For What Purpose and To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data collected; Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company, customizing the products and services offered by our company according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and the people who have a business relationship with our company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our company, physical location of the company’s locations to ensure security and supervision, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employees) evaluation processes, legal compliance process, financial affairs, etc.), to our business partners, suppliers, other companies in the group of companies, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons for the purposes of determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies and ensuring the execution of our company’s human resources policies, in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. 3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media in order to provide the products and services we offer by the Company in line with the above-mentioned purposes within the determined legal framework and in this context, to fulfill our Company’s contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner

- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
If you send your applications regarding your rights listed above to our info@infosec.com.tr e-mail address, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we may request the applicant to pay the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
